Were you in glorious Central Park today? Seemed like all New York was.
Perfect occasion to take my 55-250mm lens for its first run.
I'm just a newbie to photography, so I'm amazed at what new glass can do!

Location: behind the Maine monument, Columbus Circle.
Inspiration to shoot street musicians came from the best, The Photodiarist.

This is great . . . It really is. I am really honored to have been an inspiration! I was at Union Square on Saturday . . . wish I'd had enough time to go to Central Park. So, I take it that you love your lens?

Street musicians are always a good topic. My students often got this as an assignment! Very strong picture.
